Pavilion - Classroom

Our pavilion offers approximately 1400 square feet of open space that can be transformed for any event.  Wedding reception, photography class, leadership workshop, yoga retreat...the possibilities are endless!

Equipment available:
-50 folding chairs (25 with cushion, 25 without)
-Two 6-foot folding tables
-Movable 25-foot room divider
-White board on wheels 
-AV equipment: portable screen, projector & sound bar

Pavilion - Prep Kitchen

The west portion of our pavilion holds the new Prep Kitchen.  This room provides a space for your caterer to put the final touches on the food for your event! The kitchen is not a full service kitchen, so caterers still must cook the food off site in their own permitted kitchen.

Equipment available:
-Stainless steel reach in refrigerator (no freezer)
-Warm holding cabinet (to 185 degrees) with 18 sheet pans
-Baker's rack (not heated) with 18 sheet pans 
-Commercial ice machine 
-4 stainless steel prep tables on wheels
-Rubbermaid cart with wheels
-Industrial sink with 2 handheld faucets 
-Hand washing sink and separate mop sink

We require all Groups to review and sign the TOP Prep Kitchen Use Agreement 2024

*The prep kitchen does not have a stove, oven, dishwasher, or microwave. We do not provide dishes, glasses, silverware, serving utensils, cutting boards, knives, etc.
**Note to caterers: All caterers must sign and submit the TOP catering form, present license and insurance, and familiarize themselves with TOP rules and safety guidelines. We require you to fill out a new form every year.

Pavilion - Restrooms

Our pavilion offers two restrooms (one with a shower and changing table) on the north deck. These are available to overnight tent camping guests along with all pavilion reservations. 

*Please note: Groups of 50 or larger are required to bring in one port-a-potty for each additional 50 people. 

Tent Campground

Our rustic walk-in tent campground offers nine sites nestled in the ponderosa pines a short walk from the parking lot. Each campsite has its own picnic table and charcoal grill.  There is also a central fire pit and two pit toilets nearby.
All vehicles must stay on the gravel roads or in the designated parking areas at all times. They are not permitted to drive all the way into the tent camping area. No hookups are available.
RVs and camping trailers are not permitted anywhere at TOP.
