Lesson plans (kindergarten through 5th grade)TOP board member and science teacher Jen Ballard has developed an outdoor education science and nature curriculum for K-5 elementary teachers to use with their students at Top of the Pines. Lesson plans are broken down by grade level.
Some of the curriculum was originally developed for Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park, but could be easily modified for any environment including Top of the Pines. For more information, or assistance modifying lesson plans, please email info@topofthepines.org.
