Top of the Pines' mission is to provide a majestic and natural setting that offers individuals, families, public and private groups or organizations a regional educational facility with rustic outdoor recreational opportunities, while preserving the land for open space and wildlife habitat.  Our goals toward supporting this mission include:

• Supporting outdoor education and environmentally-based learning programs.
• Creating a facility that retains a rustic feeling and is a model of sustainable and responsible building construction and land use.
• Inspiring and educating users to the value of their natural surroundings and open space.
• Establishing an outdoor community facility accessible to users of all ages and for multiple purposes including winter cross-country skiing, summer camps, outdoor retreats and recreation, youth environmental education, artist workshops and weddings.
• Creating outdoor classrooms for people of all ages.
• Creating a model of open space and wildlife habitat preserved for future generations.
• Gaining sufficient financial support to provide for the maintenance and sustainability of the entire property.
